Had to put a hot iron on the Black Maple label upon arrival... sorry did not get picture. After the first wash, I had to to put hot iron on the "J". I haven't put through 2nd wash yet. Likely your press was not hot enough on this shirt. Otherwise I love the pun.

I love this shirt. The quality is great but I did notice that it shrunk quite a bit in the dryer. Thankfully I sized up, but now it isn't nearly as roomy as it was when I tried it on before washing. My inlaws don't speak french and didn't get the joke, so I think I will get a hoodie next.

My son thought it was great. His online name has Syrup in the name and his online friends call him Syrup. He also went through the French immersion school system. When I saw a picture of the shirt on Reddit I knew it would be perfect for him. His college professor asked him where he got it because he wants one for his wife. Her family makes maple syrup for their family and friends. It’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever given to my son.
