Eligibility for Returns
1. Regular-priced items: Eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
2. Sale or marked-down items: Eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
3. Final Sale items: Not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Acceptable Reasons for Qualified Returns
- The item doesn't suit you
- The item is not as expected
- You've changed your mind
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item is unworn and unwashed
2. The item is not a sale, clearance, or limited edition item
3. The item is not a bodysuit, swimsuit, boxers, or socks
4. The return is made within 30 days of the purchase date
5. The item still has its original label attached
Return Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where our team confirms the item to be defective.
