Customer service is great! The reason I can only give a 3 is because I had to have the shirt redone after the first one arrived due to missing letters in the print. The second shirt also arrived with missing letters. See attached picture. So while customer service was great unfortunately quality control is not good at all.

Disappointed in the printing on the shirt…as seen in picture it is missing letters in the print. Looks like something maybe was on the press as it was printed. Didn’t notice it at first but the first person who saw it read the caption and pointed it out immediately. Very disappointing for a higher priced shirt. Edit…changing my review due to exceptional customer service. After contacting the company, they acknowledged that the printing is off and they are sending me a new shirt. Very prompt response from the company. Thank you!
When I received my “North American House Hippo T-shirt” I had to laugh; a House Hippo would describe me perfectly. It's the perfect fit and a soft shirt. The print design is well done too.

Good quality t-shirt with clear graphics
Unfortunately it took 3 shirts to get one that wasn't missing some letters but it was handled expediently. I was impressed with customer service, just not quality control. The shirt is great!
T-shirt and graphic are great. Customer service was really good as well. Can't say I'm impressed with courier, who delivered to an unknown address. Took a while to get that sorted and receive replacement order.
