We print, sew, design, ship and much much more right out of our Montreal office. Some of our items such as blank ceramic mugs are sourced from out-of-country because either Canada is not producing blanks or the price is well beyond our profit margin.

Our Official Licensed products, specifically anything CBC and Hockey Night in Canada are all designed/curated by us and approved for sale. Also, we proudly pay licensing fees on every licensed item sale, which goes towards supporting these wonderful and iconically Canadian entities.

Standard shipping normally takes between 2 and 12 business days.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
We are currently not setup for next day shipping. But, if you need faster shipping please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- The item should be unworn and unwashed
- It can't be a sale, clearance, or limited edition item
- We don't accept returns on bodysuits, swimsuits, boxers, or socks
- You'll need to return it within 30 days of purchase
- The original label should still be attached

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right as soon as possible.
Please bare with us if we don't always reply the moment you've contacted us. We are a small Canadian run business and sometimes during peak shopping seasons (Christmas time) we will be slightly overwhelmed with customer service. Every order matters to us and we strive to make every customer experience a postive one.

We can only subsidize outbound shipping as per our ship policy. We ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. The only exception is if we confirm that the item is defective – in that case, we've got you covered.

By visiting this Store and/or purchasing any BMTC product, including but not limited to, apparel and accessories (the “Products”) through https://blackmapletrading.com/ (the “Store”), you agree that BMTC may collect, use, process and share certain personal information for the Store management purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy described below.
